Is LUMÉ genuinely leak-proof?
Yes — not as marketing, as engineering. Each chamber uses a medical-grade silicone quad-lock seal rated to ±1 ATM pressure differential. The outer shell creates a second barrier. We back this with a lifetime leak-free guarantee: if it ever leaks, we replace it for free. In three years and 10,000+ units, we’ve replaced fewer than 12.
What is the total capacity?
200ml total — four chambers, 50ml each. This covers approximately two weeks of daily use for most travelers. Each chamber is independently sealed so you can use one without opening the others.
Is it TSA-approved?
Yes. Each chamber holds exactly 50ml — the universal TSA 3-1-1 liquid limit. LUMÉ fits in a standard 1-quart zip-lock bag and passes screening on every airline in every country.
What materials are used?
Chambers: food-grade PETG (BPA-free, BPS-free, phthalate-free). Seals: medical-grade silicone. Outer shell: high-grade ABS. Compatible with the full pH range of cosmetic products including retinol, AHA/BHA acids, and oil-based formulas.
Can I refill it?
Absolutely. Twist open each chamber, rinse with warm water, refill. LUMÉ is designed for indefinite reuse. Many customers keep one permanently filled and pack it the night before every trip.
What products can go inside?
Any liquid or semi-liquid: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, facial cleanser, micellar water, toner, serum, face oil, sunscreen, shaving gel. The precision pump handles all viscosities from water-thin to thick conditioner.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
Not satisfied within 30 days of delivery for any reason? Contact us for a full refund — no return required. If LUMÉ ever leaks at any point, we replace it for free. No forms, no photos, no back-and-forth.
